      Pros

      Most people are great to work with. Not bad benefits.

      Cons

      Work life balance is mostly-no life just work, if work on system delivery project team or in live systems support team. Lower than competition on pay. No merit increase to fight inflation. No RSU, no sing on bonuses, no retaining bonuses. Yet they are concerned as to why people are dumping them in flocks. :)

      Dependent on management, but personally have had a great experience.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
