Micromanagement: the company is a maniac of control over you - every action you're doing needs to be tracked in online excel. No innovation and no willingness in trying new things, I'm still wondering how is it possible to do marketing without innovation. Bad people management from the european leadership. When you were asking for something, because you want to learn new things, the company was very skeptical, looks like they don't you, and therefore is not willing to share anything.
