Lack of leadership and crazy overtime - 3D Generalist IGG Employee Review

-Terrible leadership, no real guidance including when on boarding. -Projects are on a weekly schedule and change constantly sometimes even the day before while still expecting to stick to the same release. -Zero documentation -Almost all files and even company Slack channels are in Mandarin making it very difficult for anyone else to read and understand them. -Even when the company is doing well they expect you to go in on unpaid Saturdays to compete with numbers from other IGG studios. -Harassment to employees from management. Usually towards other Chinese employees as so that the English speaking workers cant understand.
