      + Passionate people + Fantastic solutions + Significant capital is re-invested in development + IGEL is highly respected by industry partners + IGEL has barely scratched the surface in the US market. Lots of potential.

      Cons

      - Quota attainment accelerators aren't on par with other software companies and are capped. The sky should be the limit!
