Pros

The paycheck is consistent, and some coworkers at the property level genuinely try to support one another.

Cons

Feedback is often met with hostility, and even basic questions are treated as problems. The culture is cliquey, dismissive, and built around appearances rather than real solutions. Advancement often depends more on who you are than what you bring to the job. Management focuses on polished image and clustered positive reviews instead of addressing the turnover and day-to-day dysfunction that employees experience.

Pros

Feels like working for a family rather than a traditional corporate environment Leadership truly listens and values employee opinions Balanced feedback (both positive and constructive) that supports growth and development Company consistently shows they have employees’ best interests at heart I feel recognized as a person, not just a number—the corporate office genuinely cares about me

Cons

Not many—if anything, the constant challenges push us out of our comfort zones. While it can feel demanding at times, it ultimately helps us stay sharp and continue growing.

Pros

Why list them when it doesn’t matter when I was receiving positive feedback unprompted almost daily? 🥰 It was all a lie.

Cons

HAHA! Where to begin: Management (Kaley) throws you under the bus to the Regional Manager WHILE you’re being randomly let go. Training was virtually non-existent. (even when you’re told by the trainer that you’re doing a great job) It’s a sales job even though they don’t tell you that at the interview. After they barely trained you they’ll have you cover for other co workers at other properties alone, fun! They’ll also use you for your labor and you’ll basically run the leasing office alone too after barely any training, need I say more? A truly disorganized company. A little birdie told me they made the decision to let me go the night before. Cute!!
