Complete and utter lack of leadership. The company lacks direction from the top and middle management. Lack of good projects leads to underutilisation of good talent. There is no plan of action or a projected plan. Some are over-worked while some have no work at all.
Absolutely no communication exists between the senior management and the employees. There is no synergy in terms of mission.
