      Pay is average. Facility has it own cafeteria and gym. Most people are friendly.

      Cons

      You career depends entirely upon who you manager is. There is not much room for growth. If you are happy with you salary and are ok with minimal cost of living increases masked as merit raises you will be happy.

      Learning opportunities People are nice and willing to teach/learn

      Cons

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
