      Pros

      The staff are good people, but watch your back management bullying leads to a lot of back stabbing! That's the only thing I can think off!

      Just read the other reviews, every word of it is true. Do not pay any attention to any positive review on here, if you read them you can tell it is management trying to claw back abit of positivity about the working conditions of this company. Unfortunately, there are no positive's, during my time I was bullied, belittled in front of my colleagues and generally made to feel worthless. There attitude towards the customers is disgraceful and even worse towards their staff. How this company continues to operate is a mystery.

      So many. Staff are miserable, the turnover I have never seen anything like before or since, I have seen people start on a Monday, go for lunch, and never seen again. Please read and consume the negative reviews on this site, they are written by genuine people who generally had a miserable time at Iesa. All the negatives I can vouch for. The recent spate of positive reviews seem a little too engineered, it stinks of senior management trying to claw back some respectability - they seem a little too hammy and manufactured - they also read like they've been written by the same person!
