Pros

Working here has been one of the most transformative experiences in my life. I was given the opportunity to join even before I graduated — something I’ll always be grateful for. It wasn’t just about hiring someone with the right skills, but about believing in someone’s potential. That trust meant a lot to me and motivated me to give my very best. From the very beginning, I felt sincerely welcomed. The environment here is warm, inclusive, and full of people who genuinely care about your growth. Seniors never look down on you — instead, they patiently guide and encourage you every step of the way. The management team, including the top leaders, are incredibly approachable. They listen, they mentor, and they treat everyone with respect and kindness. It’s rare to find leaders who are this close to their people. This company has taught me so much — not only about technical excellence but also about communication, teamwork, and leadership. I’ve grown in ways I never expected. There are even English classes provided to help us strengthen our global communication skills, which shows how much the company invests in developing its people to become global talents. What I love the most is that this isn’t just a workplace. It feels like a learning ground, a safe space where mistakes are seen as part of the process, and where every day brings new opportunities to grow. I’ve become more confident, more skillful, and more ready for the global stage because of this place. If I could sum it up in one sentence — this company doesn’t just teach you how to work; it teaches you how to evolve.

Cons

The office is located in Mega Kuningan, and the traffic there is just... ugh.

Pros

Hybrid working system is very flexible and convenient. I only need to go to the office twice a week and can work from home for three days. The team is supportive and communication runs quite smoothly during both online and offline sessions.

Cons

The office building is quite small and feels a bit cramped, especially when many employees are present at the same time. Limited workspace can sometimes reduce comfort and productivity while working onsite.
