Pros
- Almost exclusively work from home; only an occasional trip to the office for required meetings/trainings. - Forward-thinking and innovative leaders. - Casual culture and executive team that are not caught up in titles.
Cons
- Start-up environment requires you to often multi-task without much guidance from others. - No discussion of annual raises or salary increases in general. Only recently given information on annual "performance bonuses" which was vague at best.
