Pros

Mostly a smart, talented and motivated team. Flexible schedule. Interesting clients.

Cons

C-Suite has poor reputation amongst mgmt and employees. Lack of alignment, transparency and direction. Condescending, unprofessional comms from C-Suite member is tolerated. Internal politics can be toxic and impact mental health. Mid-level managers lack experience and training for their roles. In-office culture feels forced. DEI is a “checkmark” and not guided or supported by a seasoned expert. Feedback is not welcome or taken seriously - “Stay in your lane and keep your head down”.  Salaries not competitive. Training is not given and growth paths are not defined.

Thank you for taking time to leave feedback. We agree that our company has many smart, talented and motivated people. It's truly what makes the company great! We're sorry to hear that you have such a negative view of the amazing things our company is doing and complete management team from mid to executive level. Change & evolution is never comfortable and we recognize this. Company direction has been communicated quite transparently during many town halls and more local communications. For the readers - moving from a fragmented performance marketing and IR/Comms business to a more wholistic digital agency including creative and content production capabilities to better serve the PM and IRComms client base. Additional technology infrastructure to help clients better manage their MARTECH stacks and reduce their cost of operation. We're sorry if this hasn't been clear to you but we always encourage questions over rumor if/when direction isn't clearly understood. We're happy to review company direction with anyone who feels they're in the dark. We also take DEI very seriously. In fact, for the first time in recent company history, there is a very structured 3 tier DEI effort including Community Support, Employee Education and Talent Acquisition. We've partnered with many organizations such as Working Options, Hispanic/Latino Chamber, Trinity Place and a handful of diversity talent acquisition partners. We've also run a structured educational initiative across the world, utilizing our stand-ups as well as scheduled round table discussions. We believe it's important for readers to know these facts. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't provide you what you hoped for as the business evolves and equally saddened that you're either not aware of the company direction and amazing programs or willing to discount their existence. We're committed to transparent communication internally and on all platforms. We're also aware that we won't get everything right, just as with any company, and are evolving our programs ongoing. Thank you again for taking time to leave a review.

Pros

IDX gives you room to actually do your job. The leadership team trusts experienced people to think, challenge ideas, and make decisions instead of micromanaging. Collaboration across teams is real, not just something talked about in meetings. Smart people, solid process, and a genuine push to adapt as marketing and AI continue to evolve. If you care about outcomes and not just optics, this is a good place to work. There’s also a healthy respect for work life balance, especially compared to many agencies. Expectations are clear, communication is direct, and performance is measured on impact rather than hours logged.

Cons

Like most growing organizations, things can move fast and priorities can shift. That can be uncomfortable if you need everything perfectly defined before moving forward. Some processes are still evolving, which is the tradeoff for not being overly rigid.

Pros

The culture here is a standout. People are genuinely collaborative, helpful, and respectful of each other’s time. As a Project Manager in a performance marketing environment, I’ve appreciated how cross-functional teams partner to solve problems quickly and keep work moving. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and there’s a healthy emphasis on work-life balance, which makes it easier to do great work without burning out.

Cons

There is a documented 30-day ramp for new hires, which is helpful, but the learning curve can still be steep depending on the role/team. You need to be a strong self-starter to consistently hit that timeline, and some processes are learned through experience rather than through fully standardized, role-specific training.
