Thank you for your feedback. Under the current CEO, who began with the business in mid 2022, we've made two restructuring activities that unfortunately have involved laying off staff. Both times were due to misalignment with client revenue and in an effort to staff the business in areas of growth. While the business may have been political in the past, current leadership recognized this and is very much metric driven in an effort to not allow favoritism. Advancement and growth is purely based on merit and proven deliverable/success on individuals part. While we appreciate your thought that senior leadership is disconnected from 'lower level' employees, we challenge you to flip that thought and in reality, 'lower level' employees may not understand the direction and strategy that senior leadership is putting in place as the business is evolved into a a deeper, more client obsessed creative technology business. As a point to this idea, you note that the new CEO doesn't have any actionable ideas about the future, although he's communicated this many times and recently held a town hall in which many deliverables towards this were outlined. Beyond a company rebrand, the business has, and continues to change our go to market messaging. instead of being two separate businesses of performance marketing and investor relations communications, we have layered in both a deeper creative and creative production element as well as technology product offerings that solve problems for clients. If you visit LinkedIn and look at the Waste Less, Grow More" campaign as well as other posts that speak to navigating the creative technology landscape, you see that the CEO, and the company, have a very pinpointed direction and have already been moving in this direction for some time. We encourage colleagues and anyone considering joining the company to ask specific questions about the direction of the company if it's not fully understood as the direction has been communicated, is focused and is well underway. Thank you again for your feedback.
