Cons
When the new leadership team (husband and wife) took over, things quickly went downhill. Neither has experience in this industry, management experience, or a clear understanding of how the company operates. Decisions are being made based on wishful thinking rather than business sense. Unrealistic expectations, constant scope changes, and impossible deadlines have become the norm, all while pay remains far below market standards for PhDs and advance degree holders. Morale is at an all-time low, with talented people leaving faster than they can be replaced. It’s hard to see how the company can survive this direction; revenue is dropping, and there’s no coherent strategy to fix it. The situation feels unsustainable, and unless serious changes are made, the business risks collapsing altogether.
