The company had no set policies or handbook for employees to refer to. The management deliberately kept things from finalizing to use the lack of policies to their advantage. The company practiced changing policies to withdraw state-issued holidays without a 24 hours notice. The cultural maintained by the top management, particularly the two partners, was extremely toxic. Swearing and using inappropriate remarks for employees was routine practice. The company owner was involved in drugs and alcohol consumption within the office premises and during working hours. Both partners had unprofessional demeanor and held grudges against all employees. Employees that were fulfilling their resignation periods were fired before the date if they rejected the owners' retention offer. The cons do not end here. I recommend those applying at IDR to reconsider.
