1. People: They are mostly the one's who gift Rado, apple phone to their seniors for promotions or better increment, the current COO is one of the senior :D 2. ZBM quality : Zero capability, Zero communication skills & lot of corruption, budgets are usually used for their self gains, like for branding budgets etc. 3. Acquisition Quality : 50% Corporate orders are fake other than the i-safe. 4. People who actually work, they are given a lollypop every year about promotions, nothing else 5. HR, too busy conducting biryani parities and rangoli days rather than doing actual work, if an employee is in system for years and not promoted, what is the reason, rather than taking into consideration employee aspiration, they are more into doing nothing. Never seen them in office after 6:30 PM. 6. IT is pathetic, I got a laptop after 2 years, they expect you to your laptop 7. Finance: Pathetic, all manual work, no authenticity. 8. Conveyance: 3.25/- per KM. and the bosses usually consider the channel managers their personal drivers, they make claims @ 7/- without burning their fuel.
