Pros
Casual environment, great benefits, they listen to their employees and take action on suggestions for improvement, great work-life balance, and the most important is the ability to write your own career path. If you want to work hard to move up, then you will. If you want to be lazy, then you won't get anywhere. ICW Group rewards those that actually do the hard work. I've worked at company's where everyone receives a bonus, and you're in shock that the lazy person next to you is being rewarded. ICW Group rewards those that actually work hard. It's hard for some people to understand that and realize that you don't get paid to just show up. I wish more companies followed this philosophy.
Cons
Employees and Managers need more training, but this is also a pro because they have listened to their employees, and they are already making improvements. 401K match is paid at the end of the year- but hey, at least they have a match
