Pros
In the digital section of the company, there is a good deal of growth and opportunity for advancement if the growth continues, especially for ambitious candidates. The mailing division of the company has been it's bread and butter, and is failing for better or for worse. The technology throughout the company is very up-to-date. Co-workers and management are generally pleasant and easy to work with.
Cons
The digital side lacks a true marketable product. There is a lot of effort to "sprinkle grass seed everywhere and see what grows". The main revenue generation for the digital side of ICS is off of list sales which the company either rents or helps to manage. They market analytics and model of data, though neither are scientific. Data analytics and modeling are based off of suppositions by the sales team, or efforts to produce psuedo modeling. The work-place policies (casual Friday, company get-togethers only for holidays, quirky games) and benefits (2 weeks off after your first year. No paid time off your first year. Limited retirement benefits) feel like they have no changed since 1986. The pay is very sub-par to local industry averages.
