Pros
There is a lean period of approximately 6 months in which work load is bit less than pressure period,till now WFH facility is available.
Cons
Work load is too much during pressure periods,no new skills are getting developed it's basically a copy paste work and also behaviour of senior employees is very rude if someone gets stuck in between his work the he will have to suffer a lot.
