      Pros

      The people are amazing and the office is in a central location.

      Cons

      Low salary with no opportunity for bonuses. Raises are between 1-3% annually and are based on the team as a whole, not individual performance. It is very difficult to advance out of the Project Associate role and as a result, there is a very high turnover for this position.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
