Pros
Good place to work, again it depends on team or the project..flexibility also depends on team. All public holidays is given holiday here one big plus point. Good place for beginners.
Cons
No much remuneration and facilities but for freshers package is really good as compared to other companies. Good amount of leave but the policy is not good , we cannot avail it as it effects utilization for the team.
