In the time I have worked for ICL, I have been given multiple opportunities to grow and develop in my career. I have been able to work on global teams which has allowed me to have a greater impact in my role, better learn the business and expand my professional skills. Also, I believe that management cares about their employees. An example of their support is when they held an employee recognition week last year at the St. Louis office. Each day the company hosted events to let employees know how much we are appreciated and valued. In this office, they have also established various teams that focus on employee engagement, charitable giving and fun activities in an effort to make ICL a great place to work. Finally, the people I work with are great. Everyone is very approachable and supportive.
Cons
ICL has gone through a lot of change this past year. This change can lead to uncertainty about the company. To reduce this uncertainty, the company should continue working on communicating any updates about the business (positive or negative) with employees.
