While we’ve been a global company working remotely pre-pandemic, we’ve adjusted in new ways to ensure we are connected. At a company-wide level, we actively engage with employees through a range of communication methods, including company meetings, town halls, pulse surveys, and more. Employee input shapes our strategies and helps move us forward.
