Pros
People who work at ICF are very passionate about what they do. There is flexibility to focus on topics you are interested in as well as opportunities to work across many different policy areas. Flexible working arrangements with no expectation to work very long hours.
Cons
Salaries are not particularly competitive. A lot of bureaucracy with some poor communication. Not an established brand in the market yet.
