      The below comments are from my experience working with a small team. Other groups I know did not enjoy their respective experiences as much as I did. Nice office environment Friendly and helpful workers Cares about the clients Opportunity to take charge of projects Flexible hours Easy to communicate with some upper management

      Cons

      Flow of work dipped at times Some but limited opportunities to improve skills Difficult to move around within the company
