Seems to care about their people. Trying to not impact our old culture. Good pay rate Flexible schedule Good people
Cons
Maybe I like working for a smaller company. This is a larger company with spotty communication. Strong HR communication but weak in helping us understand the overall vision. I fell like there are a lot of closed door meetings, so we are unsure what it going on. Maybe nothing, which would also be a problem.
