      Pros

      ICF is such a wonderful place to work with tremendous potential for growth and oppotunity to try different arenas. ICF is also one of the few consulting firms that is very involved in international development and economic development as a main area.

      Cons

      ICF tends to aquire a lot of companies and sometimes it is difficult for those employees that have been aquired to gain exposure to larger ICF projects. As a newly aquired employee, I would like more access and "crossover" ability to ICF projects.

      Pros

      People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

      Cons

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
