okay benefits, not great but not bad either. company seems to be expanding, might get better in future
Cons
This is kind of a body shopping company, so not much career growth here. People are treated like independent contractors. Salaries hikes are also very low (better to ask for more base pay while joining the company if you can). Not much appreciation within the company either.
