Ok - Administrative Assistant ICDC Employee Review

The staff truly are cared for by the admin team. It is the best place to be. They pay for our schooling, cater lunches a few times a year. We have the freedom to create our own curriculum. The director is absolutely lovely and supports us as teachers. Anytime she has feedback for us, she does it gently and in a respectful way. Our concerns are listened to and supported.

The pay is okay. The center is a non-profit, which I love, but it shows with the teachers pay. The director says all the time how we are underpaid. It unfortunately is just out of her hands and she really does give us as much as the center can. Honestly, with how much the center gives back to us, it balances out.

It is a good place to work. Fun and professional environment.

Pay is alright, not bad.
