Not many. Growing at a fast pace.

The people who work there and believe in their efforts making a difference. This building is full of great people at the desk level. The problems, are down the hall in the offices.

Too many old standards still in place. Too many old ideas of speak but do nothing. Over 2 years there and nothing every really changed. The culture is one of talk of being proactive but reality is much different. It is one of old ideas and nothing but reaction. I doubt in the last 2 years anything has changed after 20 years in business. Old habits die hard ...
