Good missions; the management really wants to do good for the lovely children, really caring about the children, building a community for the kids. Design warm, and novel events for the lovely kids, to make them feel happy, and loved. Warm-heated, altruistic, hard-working and friendly coworkers!

* Sometimes your pay is not deposited on pay dates! *Long hours, overworked and under appreciated staff. *It's like the blind leading the blind when it comes to effective management...supervisors lack leadership skills and are not accountable for much. They all have degrees but no common knowledge of what it takes to be compassionate leaders who are in tune with their staff. Supervisors give very much "mean girl", micromanaging and micro-aggression vibes! Run away, don't walk!
