Pros

Owners / Partners are mostly decent people. Although a small company, they try to pay reasonably fairly. The partners have gone above and beyond for people with personal issues (hospital, family deaths, illness, etc) ...and then

Cons

...They change salespeople like socks, except for the one person who is the worlds worst human being. He’s still there - and if you’re in sales, he’ll be your boss. So watch your back. It’s a long sales cycle. It may take a year to close your first sale. After all, your asking a bank to change their entire technology structure and to trust - who? You? You’ve been there how long? You haven’t even had chance for your new boss to take credit for your work yet. A place where sociopaths are rewarded. Literally. I’ve worked around professional people my entire career; one is bound to run into a few along sociopaths along the way. Technically, they are generally among the most successful. But it’s truly uncomfortable when in such a small office, to be surrounded by so many at once.

Over the past 20 years, we have worked to create an environment where team members feel they have a purpose and are treated with integrity. During this time, we've hired 7 sales professionals with an average employee tenure across the company of 9.25 years. Sales professionals in our industry understand the complexity and the cycle of the solution. In 2017, as a team we relaunched our culture bringing together the vision and views of each team member. These values continue to serve as the guide for all we do in our company.

Pros

The company is growing, but still has the personal relationships between coworkers of a small company. I got to work with people in all departments, and built friendships and relationships with them all. Management really cares about you, personally and professionally. They believe in recognition and promotion from within wherever possible. HR is always there to lend an ear or a hand, the CEO walks around the office and talks to every employee at the beginning of the day, he isn't just sitting back in his office watching things. He (and the other founders) are in the trenches with the employees troubleshooting and working on ways to improve the business for both employees and clients.

Cons

None at all - love this company.

Pros

As an employee I wanted to share my perspective on the recent changes within the company. While it's true that there have been some departures and adjustments, I personally believe that the changes have been beneficial overall. The departure of our COO brought about a restructuring that, from my viewpoint, has led to more streamlined and efficient operations. Some of these departures were due to personal reasons such as military relocations. Regarding compensation, I was pleasantly surprised this year. The increase in pay and the bonus met my expectations, which I believe is a strong indication of the company's commitment to fairly compensating its employees for their hard work. I've also experienced significant effort from our HR department to engage with the team meaningfully. They seem genuinely interested in our well-being and professional growth, which has been encouraging. While I understand that change can be difficult and not everyone's experiences are the same, I feel optimistic about our direction and leadership. Managers are experienced, and supportive. I appreciate open dialogue and believe that the feedback is used by management for continuous improvements. I encourage my colleagues to continue sharing their thoughts and suggestions.

Cons

When doing a full conversion, you have to spend the weekend away from home. We rotate, so this only happens a few times a year.
