Unprofessional and insecured about north indians - Consultant IBS Software Employee Review

It is a very bad organization culture wise. They have some mentality problem with north indians. It was CDx, IRS team which is extremely unprofessional. They do not have any customer and clients. People are into oiling and buttering. Few team members actually do the work and others normally get rest and take salary.
