Pros
Great collogues and general team atmosphere. I had some great collaborative moments and have met people I will be friends with for a lifetime. I also had great learning opportunities.
Cons
Upper management isn't great and not open to new ways of working. I was also very underpaid compared to similar roles at similar organisations.
