-Complete career stagnation;
-No respect with employee background;
-Anti-evolution;
-19th century working methods;
-Not able to provide relevant experience to employees;
-Huge number of unsatisfied employees leading to the worst working environment I have experienced;
-Inesistent human resources;
-Doesn't even provide a copy of the contract voluntarily;
-Dubious management;
