      Good social package, insurance, sports etc, nice atmosphere, friendly co-workers. Flexible working hours. Salary is above average in the market, but it depends.

      Cons

      Boring projects, not much opportunities to learn new tech, experts-guru not so valuable here. Salary calculation is not transparent and complex a bit. Ugly old office.
