      Excellent culture, fair pay, excellent benefits and perks, no mircromangers, open and honest leadership and management!

      Pay could be more but the incentive comp and benefits are a very fair trade-off

      They did spend lots of time planning a company retreat. Most employees were unaware of time/dates/location of said retreat.
