      Interesting position. Professional comraderie, Stable. Some staff members were nice enough.

      Cons

      Lack of follow up from management. Often felt forgotten. Fake "we're a family" vibe. I.T department hopeless when issues arise (left to figure out for ourselves). HR department lazy and condescending.

      Unrealistic KPIs - monitored to the minute Team leads not doing any work Micro-managing Can't take a break in between calls before the nagging starts Team leads can meet their KPIs because they're doing the easy part Acting like they care but don't All talk and no action
