Hyperfish is a great company to work for. The CEO comes with years of experience, previously being the CEO of Nintex (a very successful Microsoft Partner). The management team encourages a fun working environment with a work hard play hard mentality. The office is located on the lake in Kirkland with amazing views and a cool office environment. Its clear a lot of thought went into the type of people hired here. Theres a lot of great banter all day long between everyone. The product itself was launched in September 2016 and is seeing strong momentum with the partner channel who sells the product on behalf of Hyperfish. The exec team are great at being open about the success of the company and what keeps them up at night. Everyone is listened to and respected in meetings which really helps to ensure we see all sides of the problem we're trying to address.

This may not necessarily be a con for everyone. It's a new company, so if you are coming from a company that has lots of process and structure, you may feel uncomfortable in a company that is establishing all this at the moment.
