Pros

I'll never recommend anyone for this zoo, they treat employee as slaves , bad behavior of management ,u cant even use mobile phones, Everything u can manage but there behavior is v bad .

Cons

Nothing to learn , using very old technology on top of it u will not get much work accept adding buttons in the name of controls , there focus is more on support, Boss always tries to give threats to employee, No management only husband wife running cmpny. Employee condition is pathetic , even employees are scared to take leaves for sickness, if u takes leaves there behaviour start changing for u. All the time camera watching u , internet browsing monitoring, mandatory to maintain 9 hours excluding lunch . **Could have given half rating but its not there**

We have latest products being used all over world and happy to say that we are one of very few product development companies. Today we have customers in Europe, US, UAE and all over India. This company has large range of products and people who do not work hard should be kicked out much earlier then bearing with them for 5 years. Total waste of our money. There are losers in this world who only want to come and waste everyone time. You are one of those.

Honestly, I did not find any meaningful positives worth highlighting. Any contributions made by junior employees were rarely acknowledged, and credit was often centralized at the management level.

No salary hike or career growth for long-term employees. Poor and unprofessional communication from management. High dependency on single resources without proper recognition or compensation. Lack of clear structure, feedback, or future roadmap. Lack of salary hikes and career progression despite long-term contribution. Unprofessional communication from management and a culture where managers position themselves as unquestionable while taking credit for team efforts. High dependency on junior resources without recognition, feedback, or fair compensation. No transparent performance reviews, growth roadmap, or employee-first mindset.

Pros

You get PF on 20th of every month and salary comes after first week

Cons

There is no HR in Company.🤣🤣 Be ready to come on gazetted holidays. Which were only 5 in a year. The company relies on very outdated technology, which makes development slower and less efficient. Salary increments and promotions are infrequent, even for consistent performers. Some senior employees do not maintain a professional attitude, affecting team morale.
