Pros

- Consistent growth - Excellent employee benefits - On-site amenities including the Diner (great food and free beverages), new Fitness Center (free classes available), childcare - Intelligent, friendly, young(er) workforce Great place for employees with families who reap benefit from generous benefits package, and who are more concerned with job stability than career advancement.

Cons

- Across almost every aspect of the company: Lacks Vision and Long-Term Strategy - There is no development roadmap for products. Whatever problems, issues or opportunities the CTO has become aware of in the last week become an instant top priority. Responsiveness is good, but in nearly all situations, research and strategization of options for possible solutions is non-existent. - Cannot retain ambitious and valuable employees who leave out of frustration due to: - salaries that are approximately 20% lower than industry averages - little to no career advancement opportunities - lack of any real product innovation If you are looking to work for an innovative company that you can advance in and will pay you well, look elsewhere.

Pros

Remote or hybrid capability. Usually a flexible schedule.

Cons

Constant quiet firing. They've figured out how to avoid public disclosures quite well. Every month they're whacking batches of 20~30 employees - esp. if you were in a higher pay band or part of an acquired company. There's constant leadership churn as of late - not that leadership was ever that great, but the clownshow has more makeup on the pigs now. If you were part of an acquired company, the stench of nepotism was constant. Hyland doesn't provide legitimate training or certification assistance for everyone. Their products would fail any sort of security scan by an AI tool too. If you're a customer, buyer beware.
