-Pay is considered competitive -Good commission accelerators and opportunities to apply yourself and succeed -Founder & CEO are informed, kind and approachable -Helpful and nice team members -Technology is really interesting and easy to discuss -Marketing team is decent and well aligned to sales
Cons
-Maximum amount of Micro management going on here -ZERO autonomy -Negative reinforcement and talks to other team members about you & your work -Zero trust for you to do your job -Unrealistic KPI's. -If you suggest or question any kind of change it is not met with grace or understanding! -This is not even the half of it and I could go on and on, but to summarize, do not work here
