Pros

Honestly can’t remember any, other than enjoying working with fellow women colleagues

Cons

- extreme culture of micromanagement in some teams, leading to severe workplace stress. - overworking, with an expectation of long hours and weekend work that goes well beyond the job description and contracted hours. - management failing to support promised flexible working, with requests often being ignored. - undercurrent of sexism across many teams; rarely overt but definitely apparent as women are treated differently if they have health conditions, and some male colleagues expect socialisation (both in office and outside the office) and critique you if you don’t socialise (see below). - discriminatory comments about neurodivergence, usually after someone turns down socialising (e.g., saying someone has autism because they work with headphones on). - lack of growth vision in some areas of the business, with business cases ignored and upskilling/career development opportunities denied, usually due to the excessive workload that senior managers commit to. - poor salary that doesn’t meet market rates for some roles. I could go on but overall I would never recommend someone works here, especially women candidates.
