Working at Hydradev has been a growth experience. They gave me opportunity to grow and pick new technologies to learn as a I work. I have been with the company since the beginning and I love the openness to try new things, experiment with culture, gamification, engagement and all sorts of things for collaborators to enjoy and thrive. The pay is good and gets better as your experience and contribution to the company increases. Hard recommend

It is a small company, trying to define a lot of processes, grow and experiment based on collaborator feedback, so it isn't for everyone if you are looking for a huge company with strict guidelines
