Support from leadership is minimal, and follow‑through on basic issues is often lacking. Advancement is rare, and many employees feel stuck with no clear path forward regardless of performance or effort. Stronger leadership, real opportunities for growth, and a genuine commitment to employee well‑being are badly needed. I would never recommend working at Hussmann.
