Pros
The people are very nice and easy to get along with. Some managers are able to understand the needs of employees and listen and try to help develop
Cons
There is so much turnover. Not able to work from home often. Little to no appreciation shown for hard work. Month end close is brutal hours. Room for growth is very slim they bring in outside people before looking internally.
