Pros
Husco does a good job of challenging its employees with good amounts of work, especially on the Off-Highway side of the business. Also, Husco has done well creating and maintaining a consistent culture of innovation, community give back, and hard work.
Cons
The pay has been something I have had to fight for to stay competitive in the market, though they have been receptive to those conversations. There is not a ton of work from home flexibility, though they do allow for 1 day a week from home.
