      Overall nice people, supportive environment. Jobs usually do not reach too far out of the Greater Milwaukee Area. Owners/peers encourage further education.

      Cons

      Benefits/salary/401k match are subpar, lower than their competition. Strict schedule on when you need to be at work and how late you have to stay. Company is stuck in their “old fashioned” ways.
