None, the pay is decent if they decide to give you a raise. I got a $5/hr raise after a few months but still not worth it

Management Schedule Worked there for a year. Entire company is Polish ( the mechanics where great guys) and the foreman is a racist. Told me one day that if he where the president of a country he would hire bin laden for there security bc we could not find him. That's the kind of guy he is. Also tries to make you doubt yourself with all the work you do. Also the schedule changes every two weeks, it's 8-8, then 6-230 so just as you get used to it, it changes All the foreman will literally creep around walls o try and see if anyone is talking to each other or anything else they don't like then try and complain about what you did wrong. When a bus fails inspection it's your fault no matter what even though they go over it after you.
