If you like high end interior design, the employee discount is really great. Every plant and office is different, some have better amenities than other
Cons
- This is a company that thinks it's nice, but really isn't. - Culture is inflexible, time spent in chair matters here (appearance over substance). - People stay in their roles for 10, 20, 30+ years in this company and as a result it has not grown with the time despite hardy revenue and profits. - Old boys club is strong (though they are making some efforts). Minorities are hard to find outside of the production floor. - No mentoring, and leadership is lacking. - Company is disjointed, policies are all over the place and different from one to the other.
