No work from home option. Underpaid for the type of work. Some levels of management have been with the company too long and don't have a grip on operations. Limited experience outside HD makes them weak when it comes to best practices. Upper level management, however, is top heavy. The re-org was handled poorly. It is amazing that some of the managers and engineers are able to keep their jobs. They put the cart before the horse, allowing products with known issues out into the world. That makes for bad business and will ultimately cause distrust with sales team and customers.
